Biometric Attendance
Biometric attendance gives you accurate office timings attended by an employee. Usually finger and iris expressions are collected by biometric devices. This digitalized attendance report avoids forgery in attendance system.
EasyPayout Services integrate our attendance system with your already installed Biometric Devices and collects data as per marked biometric attendance.
Customizable Workflows
Every organization has their own rules and regulations, work processes. With custom workflow, organization can create own leave flow, modify it whenever required and manages task.
At every stage employee, reporting officer, controlling officer, administrator can view and generate reports.
Gatekeeper
EasyPayout Services do also provide contactless attendance system known as gatekeeper. Employee can also mark attendance if he is remotely working or on visit for business purpose.
For this each employee need to install Mobile App provided by us. One unique scanner is installed on Gatekeeper’s mobile. Employee need to scan Mobile app scanner with the Gatekeepers scanner for marking the attendance. This makes contactless attendance for each employee. In time and out time will be recorded accordingly.
Offline Attendance
Instead of maintaining leave records, organization can prepare monthly attendance sheet. Excel sheet of all employees attendance can be directly marked and leave record will be updated.
Attendance report will be made available at respective Employee login also with reporting officer login.
