All personal as well as work related data of each and every employee is important to the organization. It should be stored in secure way and should be easily available at any time. All admin related activities can smoothly run if administrator has correct data of their employee. EasyPayout services ensures privacy of employees data along with easily updation of any information.

Employee Profile Management

EasyPayout Services stores employee basic details, address, contact details, date of birth, any emergency number. It helps to build trust between employee and organization. In personal details bank details, PF UAN , ESI IP number, Income tax PAN stored and used in Salary disbursement.

If required, family details also stored. Employee can declare nominee and dependent family members. These Details helps organization to manage insurance policies, child allowances etc.

Date of marriage, birth date is useful for sending automatic greetings to employees. It makes healthy relationship between employee and organization.

Profile Update

Employee can update his personal details like contact number, address, family details.

Project formation may change Role and responsibilities of employee. In case any employee resigns the organization employee information can be deleted.

Track Employee Historical Data

All previous records of employees are maintained so that organization can analyze an employee’s qualification, job progression, salary revision, job history, role and responsibilities handled.

Project formation, promotion decisions, transfer policies can easily performed with historical data of employee.

Work and Salary Information

When any employee joins in organization his/her work information like work location, department, designation, work shift if any, reporting manager are maintained. In case of any promotion, department change, transfer to other city; work profile can be revised and new work profile will be considered for salary calculations.

Salary details like basic salary, allowances, bonus information and any personalized payments are maintained with respect to each employee. Any changes in work profile reflect in salary structure and accordingly salary slip will be generated. Deductions in PF, ESIC, Income Tax also get reflected as per changes in work profile.
